You've built something real at scale.

You know what it takes to own a major account. You've delivered in the complexity and balancing a top-tier retailer, managing distributor relationships, reading the market, moving the needle. You've earned respect. We want someone who's done that before.

Why this moment matters

This isn't a heritage play anymore. It's a transformation story. Five years ago, this business made a deliberate shift from traditional to premium wellbeing. Functional blends, cold formats, sparkling innovations, gifting. A portfolio that moves with what consumers actually want and it's working. They're growing category share in a high-momentum segment.

They're a huge profit contributor to a global food business. That scale. That backing. That ambition to lead the UK wellbeing drinks market by 2030. Ireland is live territory with serious growth potential and Tesco + Distributor is the dual responsibility that unlocks it.

What you'll actually own

  • The Tesco Ireland business plan. Partner with them, accelerate with them, be the person they call first
  • The distributor leg. Make sure reach matches ambition.Navigate complexity without dropping either ball.
  • Build category momentum in a market where premium wellbeing is growing.
  • Work with a team that genuinely believes in what they're selling.

The culture piece (because it matters)

This team operates under "We Dream It, We Own It, We Win It Together." That's not a poster. It's how they work. Boldness and creativity. Drive and accountability. Challenge and feedback delivered with actual support. They're ranked in the upper quartile for engagement across FMCG. They have a genuine "Belong" strategy on DE&I , not bolted on. People show up because they're bought in.

You're working with a business that invests in high performance. Monthly development conversations, neuroscience-backed ways of working, bi-annual recognition events. They want people who care about doing the job well.

What you'll need

Years of FMCG at senior level. Top 4 grocery experience. You've negotiated with major retailers, managed complex dual relationships, moved commercial dials. You're commercially astute, genuinely good at stakeholder management, and you don't let politics get in the way of what's right.
