For the next few months, we’ll be doing a series on the importance of feedback, based around the feedback we have received from both our candidates and clients. Feedback is crucially important whether you are a client wanting to ensure the role is an attractive proposition and as a candidate job hunting.

Through discussions on our social media channels here’s what people told us is important about feedback:

At Marvel FMCG it’s so important to us that our candidates feel supported throughout their job search. It’s a basic requirement for candidates to be kept up to date. But we feel like we should go much further than that.

We get to know our candidates and make sure they feel comfortable to speak to us about anything. We’re transparent about all opportunities with them, and if they’re not suitable for a role they’ve applied for, we’ll be sure to give them feedback. Whether there’s an update or not, we keep in touch with our candidates.

We worked with Andy Mayor to secure his latest role at Grenade, here’s what he had to say about working with us…

Andy Mayor – National Account Manager – Grenade

“Definitely recommend Rich and the team at Marvel FMCG to anyone looking for a new role. Rich really listened to what I was looking for and helped at every step of the process in getting my new role. He was really professional in his approach but delivered it in a friendly and personable way. It was great to work with someone who cares about the careers of the people he is working with Top class.”

Naturally, we’re delighted with Andy’s feedback. It’s a reflection of exactly how we like to work with our candidates, and nothing makes us happier than finding people their dream roles!

So if you want to find your next role in the FMCG industry, working with people you can trust, talk to us!
