Hawkstone are looking for a Brand Experience & Events Manager to shape and execute ambitious plans within their fast growing business.
Salary: £40K - £45K
Additional: 20% bonus on delivery of KPIs
Ways of working: Full time, with normal hours of 9-5 but a requirement for flexibility as there will be evening and weekend work due to the events-based nature of the work. The role is based at the brewery in Bourton-on-the-Water, but the day to day will vary due to role requirements and there will be flex to work from home if not required at the brewery or elsewhere.

The role…
Reporting into the Sales Director, they're looking for a Brand Experience and Events Manager to manage:
External Festivals and Events – Expand the festivals and events attended with their trailer bar to drive further engagement of Hawkstone with the target audience. Lead conversations with new partners as well as organise the logistics for each event.
Hawkstone Events @ the Brewery – Create fantastic quarterly events for Hawkstonians (loyal monthly subscribers) at the brewery to demonstrate gratitude for their support.
Hawkstone Taproom @ the Brewery – Drive footfall to the taproom at the brewery (now a huge visitor attraction) and ensure the experience is optimised for all visitors and the brand is brought to life in the best way possible.
Hawkstone Family – Work closely with Diddly Squat Farm and develop the external bar activation at Jeremy’s new pub in Burford. This role needs to be the conduit between the brewery, Diddly Squat and Jeremy’s pub to ensure synergy, drive footfall and make sure all visitors get the best experience.
Trade Events – Work with key partners in the On Trade and Off Trade to create and deliver fantastic events to drive footfall and engagement for Hawkstone and their customers.

You will be experienced in developing, leading and implementing a wide range of events for businesses or brands.
A highly organised people-person, very creative but also willing to roll their sleeves up and get stuck into the execution.
An understanding of how to present the brand to customers and consumers in the most compelling and engaging way possible.
A self-starter who can be fully autonomous and own this role with a can-do positive attitude

1st stage on video call with Line Manager
Stage 2 in person, on-site with Line Manager and one/ two others TBC and communicated ahead of the interview
