We want Marvel to be a force for good. If you want to run a recruitment company, it’s pretty important to have people and a planet for them to work on.

By putting people before profit, we can have a positive impact on our industry and the wider world.

The Marvel 1% pledge

For every candidate we place, we donate 1% of their annual salary from our fee to The Marvel Foundation.

The Marvel team meets once a year to pick our chosen charity partners (and drink lots of tea).

We fund projects around the UK to help as many people as possible have the career they deserve.

We started Marvel with the ambition to always give back. To help as many people as possible and broaden the impact of our charitable giving, we started The Marvel Foundation.

The Foundation exists to help everyone have the career they deserve. We fund charity initiatives to give people the opportunity to get into work and support them to thrive in their careers.

Growing our impact

By doing great recruitment every day, we’re able to keep the lights on, pay our staff and give some of our profits to charity.

The Marvel Foundation takes our donations and gives them to experts who are best placed to help more people have the career they deserve.

The bigger Marvel gets, the more money we can donate, the more causes we can support and the more we can help make the working world safer, happier and better.

Doing the right thing

B Corp companies are committed to balancing business decisions with the needs of our clients, candidates, community and the environment.

As a certified B Corp, we have solidified our commitment to put people and planet before profit by formally committing to donate the equivalent of at least 5% of revenue to our charity partners every year.

Every year we do a carbon assessment to calculate our current footprint and identify opportunities to reduce it. We offset the remaining emissions through Ecologi. It’s our ambition to become a fully Net Zero company by the end of 2030. We won’t stop working until we get there.

Being on the job hunt can be tough. We’ve assembled a group of business leaders to offer support and guidance to help people back into work.
