The Role…

As Business Development Manager for London, your mission is simple: grow and activate the Mangrove portfolio across the capital.

 

Connect with as many on-trade venues as possible, introducing them to the Mangrove range and securing new listings, bringing brands to life through creative activations.

This is a role that will require you to negotiate strong commercial agreements that maximise brand visibility and deliver return on investment. Delivering engaging training and education sessions, ensuring venue teams understand the stories behind the spirits they’re pouring.

It’s a fast-paced, hands-on role where no two days look the same. One day you could be pitching to a luxury hotel group, the next collaborating with an independent bar owner on their next big event.

This role would suit someone with on-trade sales experience, ideally within spirits or the wider drinks industry, who thrives on autonomy and is hungry to win.

We are looking for drive and resilience, a love of spirits and a desire to deepen your industry knowledge.
