I’m excited to be working with Shandy Shack, pioneers of proper shandy and champions of moderation without compromise. They are now growing their team with a Key Account Manager to drive distribution, open new routes to market, and lead growth across foodservice and speciality wholesale channels.

 

Salary & Package

  • £38,000 – £42,000 (dependent on experience)

  • £5,000 car allowance

  • 15% Discretionary bonus

  • Generous pension scheme

 

Location & Travel

  • Field-based role across the UK

  • Occasional travel to Cheltenham and London HQ

This is a chance to make a real impact in one of the most exciting and fast-growing drinks brands in the UK. You’ll be the key player driving Shandy Shack’s next phase of growth by:

 

  • Maximising distribution – building and executing plans to grow volume through existing wholesalers and unlocking new routes to market.

  • Driving new business – winning national and regional accounts across foodservice and specialty wholesale.

  • Shaping channel growth strategy – developing and implementing long-term plans to ensure sustainable, profitable growth.

  • Leading and supporting – managing and motivating a small team to achieve targets and grow professionally.

  • Pitching and closing – crafting compelling proposals, negotiating smart deals, and securing listings that deliver results.
