The Role…

As Key Account Manager, your mission is to develop and grow a portfolio of key London-based On-Trade groups, delivering sustainable volume and value growth across priority brands.

You’ll take ownership of Joint Business Planning, building and negotiating impactful agreements that align with both customer and company objectives. Through insight-led strategies, you’ll identify opportunities to grow distribution, increase visibility, and accelerate rate of sale across your accounts.

This role is both strategic and hands-on. You’ll be managing P&Ls, forecasting performance, and delivering against key KPIs — while also collaborating closely with customers to execute engaging, commercially effective activations.

One day you might be presenting a growth plan to a major hospitality group, the next you’ll be working with operators to bring a brand campaign to life in venue.

You…

This role would suit someone with strong On-Trade experience, particularly within London’s Multiple Retail Groups, who thrives in a commercially driven, relationship-led environment.

You’ll be analytically minded, comfortable working with data and translating insight into action. You’ll also be a confident communicator, able to influence senior stakeholders and build long-term partnerships.

We’re looking for someone proactive, resilient, and full of energy — someone who enjoys the pace of the On-Trade and is motivated by delivering results.
