We are supporting their search for a National Account Manager to look after key accounts in the "With Coffee End users" and Foodservice channels.
Salary: £45,000 - plus benefits and car allowance
Location: Remote-based with regular travel to Head Office in Kent

The role..
As National Account Manager, you will be the primary contact for key accounts within the "With Coffee" and Foodservice channels, responsible for growing and nurturing relationships and having direct influence over the customer experience with the business. You will:
- Develop and deliver joint business plans with your account base.
- Identify and secure new customers for the company’s portfolio, with a particular focus on "With Coffee End Users", Roasters & RTM. With the main customer base being National & Regional Groups of Coffee Shops, Cafes, etc.
- Work closely with the wider team to support events such as trade shows, team meetings, and customer planning days.
- Deliver internal reporting and presentations for the commercial team and customer meetings.
- Manage day-to-day account admin such as invoices, trading agreements, and performance tracking.
- Understand and present industry insights and trends to support customer negotiations.

We are looking for an Account Manager who is driven, proactive, and ready to take ownership of their customer relationships. The ideal candidate will:
- Have a proven track record of building superior customer relationships.
- Be confident in analysing sales data and presenting actionable insights.
- Possess structured selling skills combined with strong drive and energy.
- Have experience in FMCG, particularly in Foodservice, Retail, or Convenience.
- Be a great communicator with the ability to manage key customer relationships.
