As part of their next phase of growth, they are now looking for a Senior National Account Manager to take ownership of key grocery customers and play a central role in driving commercial performance.

 

Ways of working: Hybrid - Tuesday's, Wednesdays & Thursdays in the office, with two days from home.

The job…

 

As Senior National Account Manager, you will be responsible for managing and developing relationships with For Goodness Shakes’ key grocery customers, driving sustainable growth across a competitive protein category.

 

You’ll lead the end-to-end commercial agenda across your accounts, including strategic account planning, JBPs, negotiations, forecasting, and performance delivery. Working closely with internal teams across marketing, supply chain, and product development, you’ll ensure alignment and flawless execution of account initiatives.

 

Operating within a high-growth environment, this role requires a proactive, commercially astute approach - quickly understanding the trading landscape, identifying opportunities, and developing plans that deliver outperformance. Reporting into the Head of Commercial, you’ll also play a key role in mentoring junior team members and supporting the continued evolution of the commercial function.

You… what are we looking for?

 

  • Experience in National Account Management within the FMCG industry.
  • Proven experience managing large UK grocery retail accounts.
  • Strong commercial capability across JBPs, terms negotiations, forecasting, and delivery of KPIs.
  • Confident relationship builder, able to influence internal and external stakeholders.
  • Highly organised, analytically strong, and comfortable operating in a fast-paced environment.
