The role..
Reporting into the UK & Ireland Head of Sales, this position represents an opportunity for the right candidate to create a lasting legacy on the HiPP business. With an exciting & ambitious 2025 ahead, you will be honing & executing those plans, managing close relationships with a number of our most strategic customers and fully responsible for a cross-customer P&L.
You'll be responsible for planning, negotiating and implementing the growth plans, owning the financial and volume S&OP cycle, whilst driving cross category thought leadership with the customer. You will also be responsible for the coaching & development of a National Account Exec to deliver their Workplan Objectives.

We are seeking a candidate with a strong track record in FMCG National Account Management, someone with a results driven & collaborative mindset will do well in the Hipp culture. We are open general grocery experience but operated at least NAM/SNAM level.
