As the Trade Marketing Lead, you will be responsible for leading and coaching a team of 4 to drive On Premise strategy across multiple channels. You will work closely with internal teams to develop strategies, tools, and initiatives that will directly impact brand growth, product distribution, and market expansion. Your role will be key to building and maintaining strategic relationships with key accounts, ensuring that all marketing activities are aligned with consumer and category trends.
Your key responsibilities include:
Lead & Inspire: Manage and mentor the Trade Marketing team, ensuring they develop and execute creative marketing solutions that drive growth in the On Premise sector.Develop Strategies: Drive strategic thinking and develop marketing tools that enable field teams to meet key business priorities.Customer Development: Build and nurture relationships with key accounts and collaborate closely with the Key Account teams to create impactful Joint Business Plans.Business Tracking: Monitor On Premise KPIs, identify trends, and adapt strategies to meet performance targets. Manage and track the Trade Marketing budget.Build Relationships: Foster strong relationships both internally and externally, collaborating with various marketing teams to create customer-focused marketing plans.

We are looking for a candidate with:
Proven management experience, with a strong track record of achieving success through others.
Extensive knowledge of the On Premise industry and hands-on experience in both consumer and category marketing.
Strong strategic ability to develop innovative strategies that align with commercial goals.
Exceptional communication, planning, and project management skills, with the ability to translate complex business issues into actionable insights.
Experience in high-level negotiations with key accounts and a clear understanding of sales and distribution processes in the FMCG sector.
Strong leadership, coaching, and budget management skills.
Fluent written and spoken English, with the ability to work flexibly in a fast-paced environment.
