As an On Trade Account Manager, you’ll take full ownership of a regional territory, managing key Regional Wholesalers and winning mid-sized Managed Group accounts (5–100 outlets). You’ll have full P&L accountability, the autonomy to shape your region, and the opportunity to make a tangible impact as part of a lean, ambitious, entrepreneurial team.

The Role…
As an On Trade Account Manager, you’ll take charge of driving Hawkstone’s performance across your region by:
- Owning your region with full commercial accountability
You’ll manage the P&L for your territory, developing and growing both RTM (Routes to Market) and Managed Group business.
- Growing distribution & visibility
Win new business across Regional Wholesalers and mid-sized Managed Groups, while nurturing existing accounts with exceptional service and commercial focus.
- Executing On Trade strategy
Drive Hawkstone’s presence across the pub & bar channel, ensuring pricing parity, strong wholesaler relationships, and sharp awareness of competitor activity.
- Collaborating across the business
Work closely with the On Trade Controller, Field Sales Team and Head of Managed Groups to build a high-performing sales engine within your region.
- Representing the brand
Attend trade shows, connect with key decision-makers, and be a visible ambassador for one of the UK’s hottest beer brands.
Key Responsibilities include:
- Full P&L responsibility for your region
- Developing and managing Regional Wholesalers and Managed Groups
- Winning new distribution across RTM and Managed channels
- Maintaining pricing parity in line with wholesaler strategy
- Providing regular account performance reports to the On Trade Controller
- Analysing competitor promotions and market activity
- Collaborating with Field Sales BDMs to understand regional needs
- Managing existing mid-sized Managed Groups & key IFT accounts
- Attending and representing Hawkstone at key trade events

The iconic Hawkstone brand was born in 2021 through a collaboration with Jeremy Clarkson, using barley grown at Diddly Squat Farm.

Reporting into the On Trade Controller, you will be:
- An experienced On Trade Account Manager, ideally with experience in beer or cider
- Someone with strong RTM knowledge and an established network across Wholesalers and Managed Groups
- Commercially confident with solid P&L understanding
- A relationship-builder with strong negotiation skills
- A highly organised, entrepreneurial self-starter who thrives with autonomy
- Energetic, ambitious and motivated to grow a region
- Strong with admin, forecasting and performance reporting
