The Role…
As Brand Experience & Events Partnership Manager, you’ll take ownership of how the brand delivers exceptional events and experiences across trade and consumer environments.
You’ll lead the planning and delivery of major festivals, brand activations and event partnerships, ensuring every touchpoint reflects the brand at its very best. Managing multiple events and stakeholders simultaneously, you’ll balance creativity with flawless execution.
Working closely with trade marketing, sales, operations and agency partners, developing scalable processes that bring consistency and efficiency to the events programme. You’ll also manage relationships with event partners, operators and third-party bar teams, ensuring partnerships are both commercially effective and operationally successful.
This is an opportunity to play a key role in evaluating event performance, capturing insights and continuously raising the bar for future activations. Alongside this, you’ll provide guidance and support to the wider events team, helping build capability and confidence as the brand continues to grow.

This role is perfect if you already have strong experience in events, experiential marketing or brand experience within drinks, hospitality or lifestyle brands.
You might currently be an Events Manager, Experiential Manager, Partnerships Manager or Brand Activation specialist ready to step into a broader, more strategic role within a fast-scaling brand.
You’ll bring strong organisational and operational skills, commercial awareness and the confidence to manage multiple partners and stakeholders. Just as importantly, you’ll be solutions-focused, calm under pressure and passionate about delivering standout brand moments that genuinely connect with audiences.
