They now seek a Business Development Manager – On Trade to drive distribution, visibility and brand activation across a defined territory.

The Role...
As Business Development Manager, you’ll play a key role in driving new business development while managing a small base of existing accounts across the on-trade, including bars, restaurants, hotels and late-night venues.
You’ll be responsible for increasing distribution, securing new listings and executing brand activation. Acting as a brand ambassador, you’ll build strong, long-term customer relationships while delivering against volume, value and visibility targets in a competitive on-trade environment.
This is a hands-on, field-based role with close collaboration across sales, marketing, brand and finance.

We’re seeking candidates with a strong understanding of the regional on-trade, including key operators, trends and challenges. You’ll be self-motivated, results-driven and confident managing your territory independently.
You may already be operating as a BDM or Sales Executive within drinks or FMCG and looking to step into a broader, more autonomous role.
