This is a field-based role managing a territory across Exeter & surrounding areas (Plymouth, Exeter, Taunton, Torquay, Yeovil)
- £32,000–£36,000 salary (DOE)

The Role…
As a Business Development Manager, you’ll be the face of the brand across your territory.
You’ll grow visibility, distribution and rate of sale across premium on-trade venues and independent retailers, building strong relationships with key decision-makers and bringing the brand to life through tastings, activations and education.
Working closely with distribution partners and the internal marketing team, you’ll identify new opportunities, develop key accounts and represent the distillery at industry events and tastings. Some evening work is part of the fun — this is where the magic happens in the on-trade.
Regular visits to the distillery will keep you connected to the liquid, the people and the story behind the brand.

You…
This role is perfect if you already have experience in drinks sales, premium hospitality or the on-trade, and you’re ready to take the next step with a craft-led brand.
You might be a bartender, brand ambassador, sales exec or account manager with a solid understanding of premium spirits and a genuine love for the industry. An existing network is a bonus, but attitude, energy and passion matter just as much.
