I am recruiting for an On-Trade Business Development Manager to launch and grow the Australian Bitters Company in the UK — representing a brand that’s already a hit Down Under and ready to make waves here.

This is an incredible opportunity to join Lightbox Brands as they partner with one of Australia’s most exciting names in mixology.

 

Salary: £35,000 + London Travel + Discretionary 15% bonus

Location: London / South East

The Role

 

  • Build and nurture strong relationships with key decision-makers in the on-trade.

  • Win new business while maintaining and growing existing accounts.

  • Activate Australian Bitters across venues with exciting, engaging brand experiences that drive sales and footfall.

  • Create and deliver account plans that smash KPIs and deliver strong ROI on marketing and sales initiatives.

  • Collaborate with marketing teams — or bring your own ideas to the table — to make sure Aussie Bitters stands out.
