The Role…
The Category Team within this business, retailer-specific, advice to grow subcategory sales, category sales and total store/digital sales. They do this through industry-leading insights and a constant focus on what’s next. The purpose of this role is to drive Total Soft Drinks and Energy category sales and profit with Independent Impulse customers, as well as independent stores- through externally facing, practical Category Management initiatives and customer understanding. Part of this remit will be delivered through national relationships, but there will also be significant impact that needs to be delivered via indirect relationships – so upskilling and supporting the Field team, building and deploying a Category trade press and trade association strategy, and supporting indirectly through the customer’s own teams will be essential.
