This role is paying between £26,000 - £28,000 plus a 10% annual bonus

We operate a 4 day week on 100% pay.

28 days annual leave including bank holidays

Private medical, dental, optical and auditory care through Vitality along with additional benefits.

Nest Pension Scheme

This is a hybrid role and requires you to be in the office 2 days a week.

We are looking for candidates that thrive in a busy role and have a proactive nature. The Customer Care team is at the forefront of our business. Keeping things organised and providing a great experience for our candidates and clients at every point in their journey with us. 

 

You'll be spinning lots of plates and dealing with multiple priorities so we need someone who can use their initiative and be super organised in a very reactive environment.

Confidence with Microsoft Outlook, Excel, Word and Teams is really important, along with experience of databases or CRM systems as this will be something you will use from day one.
