We are recruiting for a Customer Marketing Manager to join one of the UK’s leading wine merchants, a legendary business with over 90 years of experience in the UK wine trade!
You'll have an interest in wine and a desire to develop your knowledge and make a meaningful difference to business outcomes.
Salary: £50-55,000
Benefits: 10% bonus, wine discount, health plan, pension and life assurance
Hybrid working: 2 days in the office in Luton/Mayfair and 3 days from home

The role....
Identify, understand and target high value customer/prospect accounts
Ensure consistent messaging and brand alignment across all customer touchpoints
Transform research findings, data and insights into clear recommendations for customer listings, activations, marketing campaigns and planning
Work alongside sales and marketing teams, out and about in trade and at customer meetings, strengthening the commercial proposition in tenders and presentations.

A passion for wine and ideally knowledge of its varietals, regions and trends
Understands the dynamics and requirements of the different sectors of the wine trade – on v off, national v regional and multiples/groups v independents
Aware of consumer behaviours and the importance of trends and storytelling
Commercially aware, takes initiative to identify opportunities, drives results
Works collaboratively and communicates effectively with colleagues and stakeholders
