    Your Impact…

     

    • Own the Finance Function – Oversee financial operations, ensuring efficiency & scalability.
    • Drive Commercial Decision-Making – Provide financial insights that shape the company’s future.
    • Improve Processes & Systems – Lead ERP implementation, automation & data management.
    • Manage Compliance & Reporting – Ensure tax, audit & financial regulations are met.
    • Support Growth & Cashflow Management – Contribute to forecasting and budgeting as well as owning working capital strategies.

     

     

    What We’re Looking For…

     

    • Qualified Accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA) with 3+ years PQE.
    • FMCG Industry Experience preferred – ideally Drinks or Food.
    • Strong Excel & Forecasting Skills – Comfortable with complex financial models.
    • Commercially Minded – Able to challenge and support business decisions.
    • Proactive & Independent – Thrives in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.
