I’m recruiting for a Key Account Manager to join Aston Manor Cider — the team behind some of the nation’s most recognised cider brands — to drive commercial performance and deepen relationships across the UK impulse and wholesale channel.

An opportunity to represent an ambitious, fast-growing drinks business with a diverse portfolio across branded and own-label beverages — and to make a direct impact on how millions of consumers experience cider every year.

 

Salary: £35K-£40K + £4800 car allowance + up to 20% bonus

Location: Field-based with UK travel (2–3 days per week) + Hybrid HQ collaboration

  • Work cross-functionally with category, marketing, supply chain, and finance to deliver exceptional customer experience and flawless execution.

 

The Role

 

This is an opportunity to manage and develop a portfolio of wholesale and high-street discount accounts, delivering against profit, distribution, and growth targets.

 

You will lead joint business planning, covering forecasting, pricing, promotions, and in-store/digital execution whilst building trusted customer relationships as the go-to commercial partner for all sales and marketing activity.

 

Present performance insights, trends, and strategic recommendations to customers and internal stakeholders and Identify multi-site retail operators within the wholesale channel to expand distribution and support the trade.
