I’m recruiting for a Grocery National Account Executive to join MDCV UK — the producers behind Silverhand Estate, Ultimate Provence, Château de Berne, and Harlot — to help drive growth across the UK Off-Trade.

 

An opportunity to represent one of the most exciting, sustainability-led wine businesses in the country — a brand that’s redefining how English wine is made, enjoyed, and celebrated.

 

 

Salary: £35-£40K + Travel + Bonus

Location: Hybrid (1 day per week in Office)

The Role

 

 

  • Manage and grow existing Off-Trade accounts, delivering on sales, distribution, and profit targets.
  • Build and execute 12-month promotional plans that drive ROI and increase brand visibility.
  • Support Off-Trade expansion by identifying new business opportunities within grocery and key retail channels.
  • Partner with marketing, supply chain, and finance to deliver seamless, commercially sound execution.
  • Analyse category data, market trends, and competitor activity to inform strategy.
  • Activate brands across retail and trade events, bringing the MDCV UK portfolio to life.

 

About You

 

 

  • You’ve got experience as a National Account ExecutiveAccount Manager, or Trade Marketing Executive within drinks or the FMCG world.
  • You’re commercially minded, data-driven, and thrive on building relationships that deliver real results.
  • You’re confident negotiating, influencing, and working cross-functionally.
  • You’re self-motivated, resilient, and love seeing your plans deliver measurable impact.
  • You’re passionate about premium drinks, sustainability, and making a genuine mark in a growing category.

 

 

The Business

MDCV UK is changing the face of English wine. With over 700 acres under vine (growing to 1,000+ by 2025) and they’re leading a new era of sustainable, organic wine production.
