The Role…

Sole responsibility for achieving the agreed annual targets for a portfolio of Grocery retail customers and charged with developing new business opportunities whilst supporting the wider team on the full portfolio of accounts and working alongside the marketing team to achieve profitable growth as a Sales team.

You will have ownership of the day-to-day customer relationship through effective negotiation and management/resolution skills. In a very relationship driven channel you will need to create the conditions for an amazing relationship with the customers through great cross-functional behaviours and ways of working.
