Package: £60-70k + car allowance or company car

Ways of working: Home-based contract with travel required to UK manufacturing sites, co-packers, and central offices as needed. Likely 2 days a week traveling across the UK.

As Project Manager, you will be responsible for delivering key commercial projects within the company’s Transformation Strategy, specifically overseeing the launch of new product categories under one of their major brands. - Have significant project management experience, preferably within the FMCG/food industry or manufacturing, with exposure to commercial, marketing, and innovation functions.
- Excel in stakeholder management, having worked effectively across a variety of levels within a global organisation.
- Are energetic, driven, and highly organised, able to inject pace and decisiveness into projects while maintaining strong working relationships.
- Have a talent for holding teams accountable while supporting their success, all while fostering a positive, collaborative culture.
- Have excellent communication skills, adapting your style to engage effectively with different stakeholders.
