Marvel FMCG is recruiting a Shopper Marketing Manager Controller for one of the biggest names in drinks.

Salary: £70,000 - £75,000pa
Car Allowance: £7200
Bonus: 25% bonus
Benefits: 8% contrib pension, BUPA healthcare, Optical, Dental
Ways of working: Hybrid (2/3 days per week in London office)

The Role…
You will be responsible in leading and delivering Perfect Store across the Off Trade customer base, ensuring our clients brand looks like #1 in store. Their aim is to increase sales and market share by accelerating availability. There is a need to ensure they are siting great placements in all locations of the shopper’s journey in store. This brand does this by working with the Off Trade Sales Team to find the opportunities and work with our Operations team to find provide the right chilled and/or ambient equipment.

We are looking for candidates that understand the shopper landscape and what a shopper wants, our client is seeking creativity but strong commercial experience. As their is a direct report for this role you will also require people management experience. For this role you will need to have worked with Grocery or Convenience customers.
