Are you looking for a career-defining opportunity to lead national grocery customers for a purpose-led, category-leading drinks brand?

I am recruiting for a Senior National Account Manager role with Cafédirect, perfectly suited to a National Account Manager making a step up or a SNAM that wants to work for a sustainably focussed, proud B-corp business.

This is a position, responsible for managing and growing Cafédirect’s UK grocery customers. You will own full commercial relationships, develop joint business plans, and drive profitable, sustainable growth for one of the UK’s most respected ethical hot drinks brands.

Why this role?

  • You will be joining a pioneering B Corp-certified business with a clear social mission, reinvesting over £30m directly with smallholder farmers over the last 30 years.
  • This is a high-ownership role, giving you full P&L responsibility and the opportunity to shape customer strategy and long-term growth.
  • Work for a brand that is truly values-led, balancing commercial ambition with ethical leadership and sustainability.
  • A chance to operate at senior level within UK grocery, influencing key decision-makers while working in a collaborative, entrepreneurial environment.
  • Home-based with national travel, offering autonomy, visibility and impact across the business.

The Role…

  • Own and manage nominated UK grocery multiple accounts, delivering sustainable revenue, profit and distribution growth.
  • Develop and execute joint business plans, ensuring Cafédirect is positioned as a category-leading ethical brand.
  • Lead all commercial negotiations including listings, pricing, promotions and trade investment.
  • Drive performance through distribution gains, rate-of-sale improvements and effective promotional mechanics.
  • Manage full customer P&L, including budgets, trade spend, accruals and forecasting.
  • Deliver data-led selling stories and category recommendations using available insights and performance data.
  • Work cross-functionally with Marketing, Finance, Operations and Purpose teams to ensure aligned execution.
  • Build strong relationships with key customer stakeholders, influencing at all levels.

The Company…

Cafédirect is a trailblazing social enterprise and one of the UK’s most recognised ethical drinks brands. As the UK’s first B Corp-certified coffee company, they have built their reputation on long-term partnerships with smallholder growers, award-winning products, and a commitment to doing business differently.

An ambitious, insight-led organisation, Cafédirect combines commercial excellence with a genuine desire to shape a fairer, more sustainable future for the drinks industry. Their culture is collaborative, values-driven and focused on empowering people to do their best work while making a real difference.
