Play a pivotal role in driving visibility, advocacy, and commercial growth across both the On- and Off-Trade.

The Role
Lead annual trade marketing planning for the GHF portfolio, with dedicated focus on priority brands.
You will build activation toolkits, POS, sell-in stories, and channel-specific assets that drive advocacy and rate of sale. Deliver best-in-class trade activations across On-Trade partners, festivals, events, and key venue groups alongside working on Off-Trade promotional plans in partnership with sales and retail teams, ensuring consistent brand presence.
An opportunity to partner closely with Brand Managers, Sales, and Creative to ensure seamless execution across all routes to market, bringing bold brand moments to life.

About You
- You’ve got experience in trade marketing within drinks, FMCG, or hospitality.
- You know how the UK On-Trade and Off-Trade work — and how to create activity that drives rate of sale.
- You’re creative, commercially sharp, and understand how brand-building meets practical execution.
- You’re organised, proactive, and calm under pressure — capable of juggling multiple projects at pace.
- You love collaborating with sales, brand, and creative teams to make big ideas happen.
- You get excited about premium drinks, challenger brands, and creating memorable trade experiences.
