Our client is a one of UK's leading B2B ingredient business. With a respected reputation in the food industry and strong partnerships across retail, wholesale, and foodservice, they’re now looking for a Wholesale National Account Manager to drive growth across national and regional wholesale channels.

 

Salary: up to £55,000 + car / car allowance

 

Ways of working:

 

Home-based role with UK-wide travel to customers and occasional team meetings (monthly or as needed).

The job…

 

As Wholesale National Account Manager, you’ll lead commercial performance for the UK wholesale channel. That includes managing key wholesale accounts, building strategic partnerships, leading pricing and contract negotiations, and ensuring delivery against commercial targets.

 

This is a highly collaborative role, working closely with supply chain, technical, procurement, and finance teams. You’ll have full P&L ownership and play a key role in developing growth strategies, handling customer contracting, and representing the brand at trade shows, exhibitions, and customer sites.

 

You’ll also manage a portfolio of smaller retail, wholesale, and bakery customers to broaden your experience and build future strategic insight.

  • Proven experience in FMCG sales, with experience managing wholesale accounts.
  • Strong commercial skills and full P&L ownership experience.
  • Background in branded, own-label or B2B ingredient sales.
  • A strong understanding of the food industry.
