The Business

Our client is a major dairy processing co-operative that operates across the world, the group processes about 1.8 billion litres of quality dairy annually into a range of value added dairy products such as Ice Cream, Milk, Butter and Cheese.

Their vision is to achieve long term success and prosperity by identifying and meeting the needs of their customers, competitively and cost efficiently, with wholesome, natural produce of the highest attainable quality.


The role

The scope of the role will include being regarded as the product & brand champion in the development of category brands, range, innovation & formats and will optimise the profitability of products/brands within the category across all channels to a global market. The role is responsible for the development of new products within category for brand and own label, generated by having a 3- year pipeline that delivers sustainable business growth.



This a hybrid role with many different facets of marketing, whilst not a traditional role you might be in category, innovation, insight NPD or Brand. Due to the nature of the role our client is open, we are looking for candidates who enjoy an end to end processs.
