Our client is a leading organic baby food brand, known for its high standards in nutrition, sustainability and innovation. They are now seeking a Demand and Supply Analyst to join their UK&I Operations team on a hybrid working basis.

 

This is a part-time role (28 hours a week), which can be worked over either four or five days.

 

Ways of working:

 

Hybrid contract, with a minimum of 2 days per week in their Berkshire-based offices (one of which must be a Tuesday). The rest of the week can be worked remotely.

The job…..

 

As Demand and Supply Analyst, you will play a pivotal role in the monthly demand planning process - collating, analysing, and interpreting data to support decision making across UK&I operations. You’ll assist in driving forecast accuracy, supporting the S&OP process, and communicating plans across commercial and global teams. On the supply side, you’ll be responsible for reporting and tracking key metrics like inventory and stock availability etc.

 

You’ll be a key operational voice in internal and external meetings, working closely with teams in the UK and overseas production sites.

You… what are we looking for?

 

  • Previous experience in a supply chain or demand planning role.

  • Somebody data-driven, with strong excel skills.

  • Experience working with SAP systems or similar.

  • Ability to challenge data assumptions constructively—both internally and with customers.

  • Experience in the FMCG sector.

 

Interview process…

1st stage: 30 minute screening call with the hiring manager over microsoft teams.

2nd stage: in person interview with a short task.
