Marvel FMCG is very excited to be partnered with Hipp Organic on their recruitment for a National Account Executive – eComm & Distributor Team 15 month FTC.

Ways of working:
Hybrid contract, with 2 days per week in their Reading office. The rest of the week can be worked remotely.

The job…..
As National Account Executive, you’ll be supporting across Amazon, Ocado, DTC and selected pureplay accounts – managing day-to-day account activity, supporting the delivery of the JBPs, and ensuring best-in-class execution in-store and online.
You’ll be working closely with the Senior National Account Manager to manage forecasting, promotional planning, performance analysis, and external relationships. There’ll be real scope to influence decision-making and bring ideas to the table – whether that’s shaping category conversations, spotting opportunities, or identifying ways to grow the account.
This is a 15-month maternity cover contract with a well-structured onboarding process, strong team support, and a culture that sets people up to succeed.
You… what are we looking for?
- Some experience in a commercial role across Ecomm, Grocery or Discounters, ideally within FMCG.
Interview process…
1st stage: 30-minute video interview with the Commercial Director.
2nd stage: Teams interview with Hiring Manager & SNAM
3rd stage: Face to Face interview including a presentation and opportunity to meet wider team.
