I am currently working with SHS Drinks, the powerhouse behind some of the UK’s most exciting and innovative drinks brands, on the hunt for a National Account Manager in the Foodservice (OOH) sector.

If you manage customers like Brakes, Bidfood, Foodbuy and beyond — this is your stage.

 

Salary & Package

 

  • Up to £52k (depending on experience)

  • £5,000 car allowance

  • Discretionary Bonus up to 10%

  • 5% matched pension

  • 25 days holiday + your birthday off

Location & Travel

  • National role – home based

  • Regular travel to customers across the UK

  • Gloucester office hub

 

Why This Role?

 

This National Account Manager role is a high-impact, growth-focused opportunity to build something special within the Foodservice channel. You’ll be the driving force behind expanding SHS Drinks’ portfolio across contract caterers, casual dining, hotels, and leisure venues.

 

  • Grow and manage key accounts across Brakes, Bidfood, and Foodbuy.

  • Win new business and open up fresh routes to market.

  • Build channel strategies that drive sustainable volume, profit, and distribution growth.

  • Lead joint business plans, shape pricing and promotional strategies, and make data-led decisions.

  • Champion collaboration with marketing, category, and supply chain teams to bring brands to life across menus and venues.

  • Mentor a National Account Executive and play a leading role in the wider OOH commercial strategy.

This role gives you the autonomy, support, and visibility to make a tangible difference — all while working with some of the most dynamic brands in the market.

Who Are You?

 

We’re looking for someone who knows — and is known — in the Foodservice world.

You’ve built genuine relationships across Contract Caterers, Wholesalers, and End User operators, and you understand how to make things happen across complex routes to market.

You’ll need:

  • Proven Foodservice or Contract Catering experience (ideally within FMCG drinks)

  • An existing network within key operators (Brakes, Bidfood, Foodbuy, etc.)

  • Commercial acumen with strong negotiation and relationship skills

  • The ability to blend strategy with execution — you make things happen

  • A collaborative, can-do mindset and a love for the drinks industry
